Neon Signs
Do you offer custom logos or just text signs?
We offer both neon sign designs, both your own custom logos and text designs. Currently we only offer text designs on the website customiser - so if you would like a logo designed in neon effect LED, please contact us manually with your logo and design at sales@litupdisplays.co.uk and we will get back to you with 24 hours.
How much lead will each sign come with?
Each sign will come with 1.5m of clear wiring from the led sign, and 2m of black wiring from the 3 pin plug (3.5m total).
What colour silicone tubes are used?
We use white silicone tubing only which means your signs will be white when the lights are turned off. Each design will use the relevant coloured LED underneath the tubing to make the coloured glow.
Craft Display Stands
What material are the craft display stands made from?
We use 12mm poplar plywood for our craft and market display stands.
Are the display stands built ready made on delivery?
No, all of our display stands get delivered flat packed. We do this because they are designed to be assembled and disassembled easily and quickly for transporting between your transport to the market stall, car boot sale, craft market or seasonal event.
Can the display stands be painted?
All of our designs come ready to use and beautifully finished. You can of course paint them to your desired colour if you wish.
What engraving options do you offer?
Our website is designed for you to be able to customise some products with your own logo or engraving. Please use the products customiser options. If you feel we are missing an option that would suite your needs, please email us at sales@litupdisplays.co.uk
Retro Display Lighting
What retro display lighting do you offer?
We currently offer 3 types of retro style advertising signage. A wall mountable version, a ceiling mount version and a hanging chain version. Please select the relevant option on the product page.
Are the vintage style lights old or new?
Our Vintage light collection are replicas of the original 1920 / 1930 style lighting you would find in big cities such as London, Paris and New York.
It is important to note our vintage designs are replicas designed to mimic the antique look and style. Our vintage lights are made from modern materials (plastic and acrylic) and use modern LED electronics. The 3 core cord supplied with all vintage lights is brand new with a braided outer material to make it look old.
What voltage are your lights?
All of our LED lighting is designed to be powered via a 230v supply (UK Supply) only. They are supplied on a standard UK 3 pin plug.

How long will my order take?
Ready to ship products:
Any product in stock ordered before 10am GMT will be shipped via Royal Mail 24.
For custom ordered products:
Our items take 5 working days to manufacture as stated on each product page. Once complete the next stage is shipping which will take 2-3 working days. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
