This Shipping and Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms and Conditions page.

What are my shipping and delivery Options?

Collection from Lit Up Displays is available by prior arrangement. Please email sales@litupdisplays.co.uk to make arrangements.

We offer free UK wide delivery on all of our items. 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith, but are estimates only.

UK customers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Shipping is dependant on a number of factors. Most of our products are made to order, and can take 3-5 days to make depending on the workshop work load. 

Do You Deliver Internationally?

We do not currently offer international shipping.

What Happens if An Order Is Delayed?

All orders are often sent using a UK Courier (usually Royal Mail, Evri or DPD). All shipments are sent with tracking details that will be shared with you via email when the order is marked at fulfilled. Lit Up Displays is NOT VAT registered in the UK and therefore all orders are charged without additional taxes. If your order is delayed, please let us know at sales@litupdisplays.co.uk
