We make every effort to accurately represent our products. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device and screen settings. We do not guarantee that products will look exactly as shown online.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Custom and made-to-order products Many of our products (including custom neon signs and engraved display stands) are made to order. Once you have approved a design and production has commenced, orders cannot normally be cancelled or changed. Payments or deposits for custom orders are generally non-refundable, except in cases of fault or damage on our part.

You are responsible for carefully checking all dimensions, designs, colours, and specifications before placing an order.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in GBP and may change without notice. The price at the time of ordering applies. Payment is required before we begin processing your order.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control. Risk and title in the goods passes to you once the products are handed to the delivery carrier.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

• Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with proof of purchase.
• Custom and made-to-order products (such as personalised neon signs or engraved display stands) are non-returnable unless they are faulty or were delivered damaged.
• Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method.

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and product concepts, is owned by or licensed to Lit Up Displays and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for these services. Use of third-party tools or websites is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Lit Up Displays uses Shopify to power our store. All sales are made directly between you and Lit Up Displays. Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and us.

Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

Any feedback, suggestions, or reviews you submit grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that content.
